Sometimes you just need to little cheesy toast in your life–these little toast bites are topped with a deliciously ‘cheesy’ mix of creamy cashews blended with mustard, nutritional yeast, and apple cider vinegar for some tang. And the perfect topping–balsamic caramelised onions. Very delicious and somewhat addictive ;).
I think anything on toast goes down well as a canape–some other delicious combinations;
Top the cheese with roasted cherry tomatoes or fried mushrooms. Or add some of the cheese mix to my pea dip (trust me, it works).
Or why not toasted bread of choice with seasonal hummus, dukkha and quick pickles–so good?
