Spiced Almond Porridge with Caramelised Pears
Beautifully spiced and warming oats topped with sticky caramelised roast pears – a nourishing bowl of goodness the whole family will love.

Iโm never sure whether to post oat or porridge recipes here as I feel like many people already have their own favourite recipe already?
However, this one is specialโbeautifully spiced and warming oats topped with sticky caramelised roast pears.
Perfect for autumn and winter when you want something warm and comforting.
As this makes quite a big portion, you can store any leftovers in the fridge and eat them cold topped with some more plant-based milk. Delicious!
The pears can also be revived by heating in a frying pan with a splash of maple syrup and are absolutely gorgeous eaten on toast with some peanut butter.
