Quick homemade hummus

I love hummus!!

You can whip this homemade hummus up in minutes and tastes so much better than shop bought, and you know exactly what goes into it.

This quick and super delicious hummus can be pimped up with spices or additional ingredients such as edamame beans or beetroot.

Enjoy one of my all-time faves, love Niki xx

I'd love to hear your comments…

  • Hi, this recipe looks amazing. Quick question: do we tip the can of chickpeas in with the aquafaba or without (drained)? Asking because I’ve come across some recipes lately that include the aquafaba in the recipe for extra creaminess.

    Thanks!

Yes you can – but be careful of the amount of liquid
