Ingredients
For the porridge
1/3cupoats
1small banana mashed
1cupwater or plant milk
Pinchcinnamon
1tspvanilla powder
1–2 tsp maca powderoptional
2tbspdessicated coconut
For the toppings
Almond butter
Raspberries
Toasted coconut flakes
Coconut yoghurt
Seeds
Pomegranate seeds
Instructions
Add the oats, banana, desiccated coconut and water/nut milk to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat until the oats are creamy (add some maple syrup if you like it a little sweeter taste).
I like to top with almond butter, coconut yogurt (for extra coconut flavour), raspberries, toasted coconut flakes and seeds.
