Pre heat your oven to 180c.
Add the banana, dates and tahini to your food processor and blitz to a paste.
Next, add in the all cinnamon, spice, salt, baking powder. Blitz again, then add in the oats and coconut yogurt and pulse so that everything is combined.
Finally, add in the walnuts and pulse twice to mix through.
Line your baking tray with baking paper, then add the mix to the bottom. Press into the corners, Top with the sliced banana and more walnuts–press in a little. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle maple syrup.
And then bake for approx 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool a little before eating–if you can!
