Pre heat your oven to 180c
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Now add the wet ingredients and stir to combine well to create a smooth batter.
Stir in the walnuts.
Oil a round baking tin and pour the batter into it.
Bake for approx 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on a rack.
Meanwhile, bring the coconut cream to a boil in a small saucepan, then take it off in the heat. Stir in the chopped chocolate until it’s all melted and you’re left with a thick chocolate cream.
When the cake has cooled top with the ganache.
Top with some walnuts.
