Strawberry & Cream Popsicles with Ombar Chocolate

Sometimes the most simple recipes are the best don’t you think? Some combinations of ingredients just work and thats what happened here with these super simple strawberry & cream popsicles. Lovely fresh and juicy strawberries with a little coconut syrup & vanilla combined with creamy coconut cream, then frozen and dipped with amazing Ombar  chocolate. The result?
Cold & creamy strawberries & cream encased in crispy chocolate. Sound good?

Once again I’ve team but with the wonderful chocolate brand Ombar to create this recipe and fun video. And I think that both kids & adults will love these and as they are so easy to make, taste great plus it’s a fun way to get your kids involved.

And guess what – not only is it #worldchocolateday , Wimbledon has just started and it’s still super sunny – I think these would be absolutely perfect for making this weekend and enjoying in the sun!

If you haven’t tried Ombar’s amazing range of raw organic chocolate you’re definitely missing out. Their cacao is sourced from the best Ecuadorian cacao farms, plus all the chocolate is raw to preserve all the goodness. My favs are; Coconut & vanilla Centres and the buttons are totally addictive!

And I made a little video to show you just how easy it is to make – I hope you enjoy!
